- FAQs are referenced by SideKick first, before the rest of your training data — making it a great way to ensure consistency and accuracy every time!

How do you setup FAQs?
- Login to your account: dashboard.penguinai.app
- Click on “Settings” (on the left navigation bar) and then “Sidekick Data” (on the top navigation bar)
- Click “Add”
- Type your Question & Answer
- Click “Save”
- You can edit or delete your FAQs anytime! Just don’t forget to save.
Pro Tip: Always Save 🙂
