Today we are excited to announce our new FAQs!

What are FAQs?

  • Frequently asked questions & answers you can add to your training set in real time!
  • FAQs are referenced by SideKick first, before the rest of your training data — making it a great way to ensure consistency and accuracy every time!

Why did we build Slack Notification Filters?

  • Have you pushed a new product release but haven’t fully built out your webpage yet? Just add an FAQ!
  • Do you want to explain why you’re better than your competitors? Just add an FAQ!
  • Don’t love an answer you saw from SideKick? Just add an FAQ!
  • As a direct result of feedback from our clients!

How do you setup FAQs?

  • Login to your account:
  • Click on “Settings” (on the left navigation bar) and then “Sidekick Data” (on the top navigation bar)
  • Click “Add”
  • Type your Question & Answer
  • Click “Save”
  • You can edit or delete your FAQs anytime! Just don’t forget to save.

Pro Tip: Always Save 🙂
